All of our Sage and Red Onion Pork sausages are made on our premises by Dave Purser of The Master Butcher from the best free range pork available to our own recipe which is Multi Award winning.


All our Sage and Red Onion Thick sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.
