All of our Pork and Cajun sausages are made on our premises by Dave Purser of The Master Butcher from the best free range pork available to our own recipe which is Multi Award winning.


All our Pork and Cajun Thick sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.
