All of our Hunters Feast sausages are made on our premises by Dave Purser of The Master Butcher from the best free range pork and wild Scottish venison available to our own recipe.
All our Hunters Feast Thick Pork and venison sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.
This sausage has not yet been entered into a competition up to now.
