All our Traditional Cocktail sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.
There is not a competition category for Cocktail sausages, however they are made with the same multi gold award winning traditional sausage recipe. Cocktail sausages are traditionally a Christmas compliment, but are great all year round with roast dinners or weekly dishes.
