All of our Gluten Free Lamb and Mint sausages with a Perfect amount of Spices + Garden Mint. Are made on our premises by Dave Purser of The Master Butcher from the best Local Lamb available. Due to increasing enquiries and demand also being a sufferer myself, I have created my own new recipes in 2019 which have been an instant success and I would also like to share them with you.
All our Gluten Free Lamb and Mint Thick sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.
This Sausage will soon be entered into its first competition.
Unit Pack Weight: Gluten Free Thick sausages will be sold in trays of 5 weighing approx 400g.
