All of our Gluten Free Chinese Style Pork sausages are has a distinctive Star Anise Flavour. Are made on our premises by Dave Purser of The Master Butcher from the Best Free Range Pork available. Due to increasing enquiries and demand also being a sufferer myself, I have created my own new recipes in 2019 which have been an instant success and I would also like to share them with you.

All our Gluten Free Chines Style Thick sausages are made lovingly with natural Devro casings ( made with the natural occurring collagen from the animals) which gives a Grade one finish and superb eating quality.

This Sausage  will soon be entered into its first competition.

  • Pea & Rice Flour, Sulphite
  • Salt, Thickener (Guar Gum)
  • Yeast & Paprika Extract, Garlic, Onion & Tomato Powder
  • Ground Five Spice, Star Anise & Cinnamon, Colour (Caramel Powder & Carmine)
  • Garlic & Onion Powder, Anti Caking Agent(Silicon Dioxide)
  • Rapeseed & SunFlower oil, Cornflour
  • Colour - Beetroot Extract, Maize Starch.

ALLERGENS: Sulphite, Carmine & Celery.
